REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LED SMART LIGHTING CONVERSION
MILFORD MUNICIPAL PROPERTIES
The Town of Milford, NH is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to establish turnkey smart lighting conversion price agreements (labor, smart fixtures, programming and disposal all inclusive) for the replacement of all existing light fixtures with LED smart-technology lighting at identified Town of Milford municipal properties. The complete RFP and related attachments can be found on the Town’s website at www.milford.nh.gov.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on April 23, 2025 at the Town Administration Office, Milford Town Hall. Two copies of the proposal shall be submitted. All proposals shall be in sealed envelopes, plainly marked, “LED Smart Lighting Conversion - Milford Town Properties” on the outside of the mailing envelope and addressed to: Leo Lessard, Public Works Director, Town of Milford, 1 Union Street, Milford, NH 03055. No faxed, e-mailed or electronic submissions will be accepted. A pre-bid conference and walkthrough will be held on Thursday, April 10th, at 9:00 am at the Milford Town Hall, Board of Selectmen’s Meeting, 1st Floor, 1 Union Square, Milford, NH.
