We're excited to introduce our newly updated website, designed to offer a more user-friendly experience through seamless integration with the Member Portal launched last year. As part of this update, your previous website login has been replaced by your Member Portal credentials. Here’s what you need to know:
- Existing Member Portal Users: Simply use your current Member Portal login to access the site.
- Former Website Account Holders: If you previously had a website account but not a Member Portal login, your old credentials no longer work. Please contact your account administrator to set up your new Member Portal login.
Important Transition Updates:
- While we navigate this upgrade, we will be updating our user instructions as necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
- Each municipality/organization will now have only one Account Administrator/Main Contact. Please ensure your Main Contact is correct.
