Member Profile Roles

Here’s an overview of the profile roles and their capabilities:

  1. Main Contact
    • Responsibilities:
      • Acts as the primary representative for the organization.
      • Can switch to the organization profile to manage and edit information.
      • Has the ability to log in with their individual credentials and edit the organization’s information, acting as a proxy.
  2. Editor
    • Responsibilities:
      • Can edit or change information about the organization profile.
      • Allowed to switch to the organization profile if set as an editor.
      • Can assist in managing the profile without being the main contact.

Additional Information

  • There can only be one Main Contact per organization, but multiple Editors can be assigned.
  • The Main Contact and Editors can manage related profiles and their roles, ensuring proper communication and updates.
