Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled technical and maintenance work in the operation and maintenance of water treatment and storage facilities. HS diploma or GED one year experience in water treatment facility preferred. A strong electrical and mechanical background. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. General knowledge in the operation and maintenance of water treatment and storage facilities including wells. General understanding of laboratory testing and procedures. Ability to read and understand various manuals, shop drawings and schematics is required. Ability to work effectively with City staff and Officials as well as other local, State, and Federal Agencies. Valid Drivers License and NH Water Treatment Facility Operator Grade I or the ability to obtain within 12-months.
Pay rate $49,254.40 - $64,937.60 ($23.68 - $31.22).
