Town Hall Shingle Replacement

The Town of Wakefield is seeking proposals for the replacement of shingles of Wakefield's Town Hall. 

Location of the project is 2 High Street Sanbornville NH 03872.

Information required in the proposal, but not limited to:

• Warranty on work and shingles installed 
• Class A fire rating; Class IV hail rating and wind rating
• Metal roof (simulating slate shingles)
• Dedicated project manager
• Safety area for working and clean up
• Town offices will be able to open and operate during this project
• Estimated job duration
