INVITATION TO BID: Request for Proposal for Solar Array
The Town of Sunapee, NH is seeking a proposal to install a ground-mounted solar array on Town-owned land near the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at 50 Treatment Plant Road, Sunapee, NH.

- RSVP for Pre-Bid Site Walk: October 11, 2024
- Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Walk: October 16, 2024
- Deadline for Bidder Questions: October 23, 2024
- Response to Bidder Questions: November 6, 2024
- Proposal Due Date: November 20, 2024

Site Walk: Bidders interested in submitting a proposal shall attend the mandatory site walk on October 16, 2024 and, if planning to attend, should RSVP to sunws@town.sunapee.nh.us by October 23, 2024.

Proposal Submission Format: Respondents shall submit the proposals in PDF format before 4 PM on November 20, 2024 via an email addressed to sunws@town.sunapee.nh.us
