REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 

Ambulance Billing and Collection Services 

The City of Berlin, NH has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for comprehensive Ambulance Billing and Collection services.

Three copies of the Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope must be clearly marked with the Respondent's name and address, the description of the contract “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, AMBULANCE BILLING SERVICES,” and addressed to

City Manager.

Proposals will be received only at City Hall, City of Berlin, NH, 168 Main Street, Berlin NH 03570 until 1 pm, September 18, 2024 at which time all proposals will be opened.
