The Town of Pelham is seeking bid proposals for the following:
Planning Department Interior Renovations Project
Bid documents may be obtained from the Town website at: www.pelhamweb.com/planning-department/bids/planning-department-interior-renovations
Proposals should be presented in a straight-forward and concise manner and contain a description of the applicant's ability to meet the requirements of the RFP. All services to be performed shall be carried out by licensed, certified in a manner consistent with industry standards, insured, bonded and experienced personnel. Qualified submittals shall be delivered electronically as a PDF to jroark@pelhamweb.com or a sealed submission shall be delivered or mailed to: TA Joseph Roark, Selectmen's Office, Attn: Planning Department Renovations Proposal, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH 03076.
The submission shall be delivered no later than 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
All decisions regarding the bidding and the selection of the contractor will be made by the Board of Selectmen or an authorized agent. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or whole without stated reason or waive any bid informally deemed in the best interest of the Town and to select the bid most advantageous to the Town.
