Heating Oil & Propane Supply 24/25

TOWN OF NOTTINGHAM

INVITATION TO BID 

The Town of Nottingham is seeking bids for the purchase of #2 Heating Oil and Propane (LPG) for the period starting November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025, or other acceptable timeframe used for this process.

If your company can supply these products, the Town of Nottingham would appreciate receiving a proposal for the cost of any or all these items with a breakdown for each item. All options, capped, fixed and / or rack + pricing would be appreciated.

Please submit bids to the Town of Nottingham, P.O. Box 114, Nottingham, NH 03290 Attention: Ellen White, in an envelope clearly marked “FUEL BID”, or by email to ta@nottingham-nh.gov. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 Noon on October 18, 2024. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Propane                 9,650 gallons

• Community Center; 139 Stage Road, #2 Fuel 1000-gal UGT. Heat only

• Dame Building; 139 Stage Road, Propane (2) 150-gal tanks. Heat only.

• Old Fire House; 128 Stage Road, #2 Fuel 300-gal tank. Heat only, will call.

• Old Town Hall; 130 Stage Road, #2 Fuel 275-gal tank. Heat only.

• Library; 129 Stage Road, Propane 500-gal tank. Heat only.

• Highway Dept; 3 Flutter St, Propane, 2 x 100-gal tank.  Heat only.

• Fire Dept; 235 Stage Road, Propane 1000-gal UGT. Twin boilers w/domestic hot water.

• Recycling Center; 11 Freeman Hall Road, Propane (2) 150-gal tanks. Office/ bathroom heat.

• Recycling Center; 11 Freeman Hall Road, Off-Road Diesel 500-gal tank.

*All propane tanks are owned by Irving Oil
