INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Pelham, NH, Cemetery Board of Trustees, is seeking sealed bids for the following:
Gibson Cemetery Columbarium Project
Bid documents may be obtained from the town website at: https://www.pelhamweb.com/bids
All bids must be received at the Gibson Cemetery office at 45 Marsh Road, Pelham, NH by 9:00 A.M. by Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted, bids MUST be marked” Gibson Cemetery Columbarium Project” or they will be DISQUALIFIED.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Gibson Cemetery office at 45 Marsh Road, Pelham, NH on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 6:00 P.M.
All decisions in reference to the bid or selection of the contractor will be made by the Cemetery Board of Trustees or an authorized agent. The Cemetery Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid or waive any bid informally deemed in the best interest of the Town of Pelham, NH, Cemetery Board of Trustees. No bidder can withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date of opening.
