Financial Software RFP

The Town of Newbury is seeking proposals for qualified vendors for a fully Integrated Financial Management and Operations Software package that incorporates Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Budget Preparation, Cash Receipting, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payroll and Purchase Order functions. 

The purpose of this proposal is to solicit information needed to identify the firm that can best provide the platform needed, including purchase, installation, implementing, training at the time of installation and continuing, and ongoing support. 

Proposals clearly marked “Integrated Financial Management and Operations Software” will be received until 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Town of Newbury Town Office Building, 937 Route 103 Newbury, NH 03255.
