The City of Concord is looking for a Deputy City Clerk that is passionate about providing excellent customer service, maintaining voting integrity, and serving the Concord community with a smile. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, MUNIS is a plus! Candidates should have general book keeping skills and accounts payable/receivable experience. The office is full of task variety, purpose and hardworking staff that care. Come join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs highly responsible administrative and professional work in assisting the City Clerk in regard to all departmental operations associated with the City Council, elections, vital records and licensing. Assists the City Clerk in maintaining records of the City of Concord. Acts as the supervisor of the department in the absence of the City Clerk.
