Administrative Aide II

The Town of Hudson has a permanent position available for a full-time Administrative Aide II in the Board of Selectmen/Town Administrator’s office. This position works under the general supervision of the Town Administrator.

The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with website maintenance and MuniSmart software is a plus. This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years related experience. This position serves as the primary public contact and administrative support for the Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator’s office.

The starting rate of pay is $22.17 per hour with an increase to $23.34 per hour after the successful completion of a six month probation.
