Separate sealed BIDS for the project: Abatement and Demolition of Former W.W. Cross Property will be received by the Town of Jaffrey at the Town Hall, 10 Goodnow Street, Jaffrey NH, 03452 until 2:00 P.M.
local time on February 12, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the above grade demolition and disposal of the remaining 74,000 square feet of an existing approximately 116,000 square-foot single story mixed use building
constructed of steel and wood framing and miscellaneous appurtenances, including but not limited to an aboveground storage tank (AST) and its enclosure building and three transformers. For additional information see Section 01 12 16 – Scope and Sequence of Work.
