The Town of Brookline, NH is seeking Engineering bids to convert all remaining gravel roads to paved roads. Bids should include but are not limited to:
· Field Survey
· Drainage Analysis
· Subsurface Exploration
· Design Plans
· Cost Estimates
· Specifications and Bid Forms
· Bidding Assistance
Brookline has seven remaining gravel roads. All together totaling an estimated 16,160 feet in length and an average width between 16 and 22 feet. All lengths are estimated and should be verified by the bidder. Please provide a quote for each road done individually and a quote for all roads done as a single project. The roads included are:

Interested parties should return sealed bids to the address below or in person to Town Hall for the bid opening by Monday, December 9, 2024, 10am for a bid opening to follow starting at 10:01am at Brookline Town Hall, 1 Main Street. Late bids will not be accepted.

After reviewing bids, the Select Board will have final decision on approval of Bidder. Final approval of the project will be voted on by residents of Brookline, NH in March of 2025.
