Firefighter/AEMT/Paramedic

The Town of Gilmanton is currently accepting applications for the position of Firefighter/AEMT/Paramedic.  48-hour work week.  12- and 24-hour rotations with potential overtime.  The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to, response to fire and medical emergencies, operating department apparatus, assisting in safety inspections, inspection and maintenance of department equipment, and the maintenance of Fire Department buildings and grounds.

State of NH Licensed AEMT/Paramedic.  (May consider EMT-B, with required completion of Advanced EMT certification within one year of hire as a condition of employment) State FFII CPAT certification of Lateral transfer.  Must have the ability to obtain NH-CDL-B within a prescribed time.  Salary Range is 22.00-25.00 per hour based on certification.  Must pass background checks and be subjected to an NFPA 1582 physical.
