DPW Truck Driver/Laborer

This position is responsible for the maintenance, construction, and repair of town roads as well as winter snow plowing. This role operates equipment such as a dump truck and bucket truck. This position also performs semi-skilled work in construction and maintenance projects including the loading and unloading of materials, sweeping, shoveling, digging, tree trimming, and operating jack hammer.
Requirements: This position requires a CDL-B license. Commercial snow plowing experience is a plus. Motivated candidates without a CDL license may be considered for in-house CDL training.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Salary range: $21.96/hr. to start. Experienced candidates may be compensated at a higher rate.
