Sealed bids for the Town of Bedford, NH selling (1) one 2015 International 7400 Dump Truck- T-29 will be accepted at the Department of Public Works, Bedford Safety Complex, 55 Constitution Drive, 2nd Floor, Bedford, NH 03110 until 10:30 AM, Thursday, November 21, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.
The sealed envelope should be clearly marked:

- Approximate Mileage/Hours on vehicle is M: 26,583 H: 2510
- This vehicle will be sold as is, as seen, with no warranties or guaranties.
- All sales are final.
- This vehicle will have a reserve amount and may be viewed by appointment only. Please email publicworks@bedfordnh.org or call 603-472-3070 to request an appointment.
- The vehicle is located at the Town Highway Facility, 19 Chubbuck Road, Bedford, NH. Appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- The winning bidder will be notified and be required to submit a bank or certified check for payment. Once the payment is received, the Town will authorize the release of the purchased property. Full payment must be received prior to the removal of any property.
- The purchaser shall be solely responsible for any loss, claims, or damages arising out of the removal or transportation of the property from the sale site or the use of the same thereafter. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Bedford against any and all losses, claims or damages arising from the removal or transport of any property, or any other actions arising out of this transaction.
The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities; or to accept any bid as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
