Police Prosecutor

The Town of Hampton's Police Department has an opening for a full-time, Police Prosecutor. Position includes an excellent benefit package.

The Police Prosecutor is responsible for the preparation and presentation of cases in District Court, and for researching and preparing legal briefs to assist in the administration of the Police Department. As the Department’s liaison with the District Court, the Prosecutor coordinates the scheduling of cases and witnesses, and he insures that all cases have been reviewed for legality and completeness.
