The minute taking schedule may vary between mornings, afternoons, and evenings, but the majority of the meetings occur monthly and will start between 8-9AM, with some afternoon meetings planned monthly. This position will occasionally be asked to provide coverage for other meetings or assignments on the calendar when another minute taker is absent or on vacation.
Pay for this position begins at $21.18 per hour, but a highly qualified candidate could be offered a slightly higher starting pay rate! This position also offers opportunities for pay increases.
Meetings typically average 1 to 3 hours in duration, and the minute taker will receive a minimum of 1 hour of pay per meeting, plus additional time for pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting production. Minutes must be delivered within 2-5 days.
