Come work for the City of Concord where you will support Beaver Meadow golf course in addition to maintaining the streets of Concord during the winter months and there is room for growth. Medical benefits start the first of the month after your hire date and deductibles are as low as $500 per person with the employee only paying 10% of the premium. Plus a very competitive total compensation package.
This is a permanent shared position between the General Services Department and Beaver Meadow Golf Course. 32 weeks in the Golf Course Division mowing and trimming grass, assisting with turf maintenance, course set up, fertilizer and spray applications, and tree maintenance. 20 weeks with the Highway and Utility Division operating equipment for winter snow removal from streets and sidewalks, transporting equipment to job sites, and performing other road maintenance duties as assigned. The shared laborer truck driver works at Beaver Meadow Golf Course in the Parks and Recreation Department April to December and works for the Highway Division of the General Services Department December to March.
Overtime is required.
Paying up to $23.99 per hour to start. Top of pay rate is $29.20
