HVAC Technician

The Concord, MA Public Works- Facilities Division is looking for an experienced professional HVAC Technician to join their team. The Division is responsible for more than 26 town-owned buildings and facilities, some with 24-7 operations. Duties include general HVAC maintenance, preventative care and emergency repairs. The successful candidate should also have experience in designing HVAC infrastructures and in managing large-scale HVAC projects. Candidates must possess a current MA Refrigeration License, Oil Burners’ License, Sheet Metal License, EPA Certification, Hot Works Certification and a valid MA Driver’s License. 5-years of progressively responsible related experience, including experience in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining or coordinating repair of a variation of different HVAC and boiler equipment is required. Applicants must also be available to provide emergency response and shift coverage, as required, during non-business hours. This is a full-time hourly position with an excellent benefit and retirement package. 

Starting salary rate: $36.49 - $43.79/hour; depending on qualifications.
