Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

The Milford Police Department is currently accepting applications to fill a vacancy for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work 7AM-3PM Saturdays, and to occasionally fill shifts on holidays and during the week.  Minimum qualifications for this position include:  good typing skills; filing; human relation skills; the ability to accurately type reports; correspondence; and operate computers. Independent judgment and self-motivation are requirements. There are some primary physical requirements (see attached job description).The person in this position reports to the Support Services Captain or his or her designee for work assignments. Some aspects of the duties are of a highly sensitive nature and require a great deal of discretion and confidentiality. Salary starts at $14.50 per hour.
