Municipal Highway Equipment

The Holderness Highway Department has the following equipment for sale.

Item 1: 2012 Henderson Stainless Steel 2 - 3 cubic yard Sander Body with Hydraulic drive.

Item 2: 2012 Fisher MC 9 Foot snow plow with hydraulic raise and angle control.

Both items are being offered for sale in as is condition with no warranty.  The equipment is available for inspection by calling the Highway Garage at 536-2932.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Office until Friday, April 26, 2019 at 4PM.  You can submit your bid in one envelope, but please bid on each item separately.   Please label your envelope “Highway Equipment Bid” and mail to Town of Holderness, PO Box 203, Holderness, NH 03245 or deliver it to Holderness Town Office, 1089 US Route 3, Holderness.

The bids will be opened at the Select Board meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 5:30PM.  Please include a phone number or email so that we may contact you in the event you are the successful bidder.  Cash or certified check are the accepted forms of payment.  Payment must be received within 72 hours of notification as the successful bidder or the sale will be null and void.

The Town of Holderness reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Holderness.
